- The apartment is designed for 2 - 4 (upon agreement up to 6 people - surcharge (price / 4/2))

- Parking in the parking lot behind the barrier directly in front of the house, free of charge
- A fee of CZK 2000 is added to the price of the stay. The price includes reception services, apartment cleaning, a complete set of bedding, toiletries, towels, towels, use of all equipment, energy, services, and comfort :-) etc ...
- Locally valid recreational fee OÚ (CZK 50 / day/adult)
In the high season we prefer weekly stays
In case of repeated stay or stay longer than a week, we offer discounted prices.
The reservation can be canceled free of charge at least 2 months before the date of arrival. If canceled later, 35% of the total price as a cancellation fee (60 days or less before arrival), 50% (cancellation date 45 days or less before arrival), 75% (cancellation fee 30 days or less before arrival), 100% will be charged (cancellation 14 days or less before arrival).
A refundable deposit of CZK 2,500 / 5,000 New Earś Eve may be required on the day of arrival.
